RETURNS

We accept return within 14 days of goods delivered. All sale and personalised items are final and cannot be refunded.

The merchandise must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original condition it was shipped in order to get a refund. This includes the packaging box, brand message card, and other materials inside.

Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Return process

To return an item, please email our customer service at [email protected]   to obtain a return guide.

After receiving the information, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to our given address

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we do not guarantee in case of loss, damage or theft.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.

Faulty items

We are always here to support you, so in the event of a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service department immediately and we will be happy to repair, replace or refund you. that item – at no additional cost to you.

Refund time

Our friendly customer service team will always do their best to process all refunds swiftly. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of Bernhard receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Bernhard cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days of receiving your approval.

Missing or delayed refunds: If you haven’t received a return yet, check your bank account once more first. Contact your credit card company next, as it can take some time for the refund to show up on your account.
