Progress time

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Our standard shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping time

Standard shipping time 7-15 days.

Please note that during sales periods and promotions delivery may be delayed. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days processing time, in addition to our standard delivery time.

Once you place an order, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail.

Shipping destination

We ship to addresses in the United States. If you would like to place an order with us but you are not in this area. Please get in touch with our customer service staff, and if we are able to deliver to your location, we will help.

Lost orders

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing an order. Once your package has been shipped by our fulfillment center, you will not be able to make any changes. You must call the post office or courier company that sent your package to make arrangements and update the address. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to customer negligence. No free replacement will be shipped in this case. In the event that a package is lost or misplaced due to an error on our part, we will send a replacement package at no additional charge to the customer.

NOTE: During the holiday season, the possibility of lost and misplaced packages is higher, so we recommend that customers continue to track their packages once they have a tracking number. Please first contact your local post office and neighbors if your package is lost even if the tracking information shows “delivered”. We do not insure our packages and will handle this situation in the most ethical manner.

Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled up to 24 hours after placing. Please email [email protected]  for any immediate changes or cancellation requests. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to modify the content of your order.
